I'm a mechanical engineer who looks after tea bag making machines for all the major UK and Ireland tea manufacturers.
If you drink tea, your tea bag has probably in some small way had something to do with me.
But in doing this job I have some specific needs for the tools/ toolbox I carry around with me. Firstly I needed to be sure I had all my tools when leaving a site. Hence the 3D printed OCD going on. Secondly it needed to be kept as light as possible, as I need to move it around from site to site, even overseas.
The perfect fit of all the tools was achieved by using the canvas tool in CAD to trace the layout from a 1:1 photo taken of the tools in their desired position.
